According to reports in Italy, Manchester United are considering signing up to three Napoli players this summer.

The most widely known target is South Korean center-back Kim-Min Jae, with reports suggesting that United are in talks to sign him. Some Italian media sources have even claimed that a deal between the two parties is already almost completed, although Kim’s entourage has denied the news. Kim has a clause in his Napoli contract that would allow United to sign him for around €50 million in the first two weeks of July. It remains to be seen who the other two Napoli players that United are reportedly interested in are and if the club will be successful in their pursuit of them.

According to reports from Il Mattino, talks between Manchester United and Napoli are at an advanced stage, with only minor details separating the parties from a total agreement. It is well-known that United are considering making a bid for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, who has been the top scorer in Serie A this season and led Napoli to their first Scudetto in 33 years. Alongside Osimhen, United are reportedly looking at Napoli midfielder Andre-Frank Zamobo Anguissa, who has been a key player in the Napoli midfield since joining from Fulham.

Anguissa is a box-to-box midfielder with impressive physical attributes and is suited to the rigours of Premier League football. United are in the market for a top-class midfielder to partner Casemiro next season, and Anguissa is one of the players they are considering. It remains to be seen if United will be successful in their pursuit of Osimhen and Anguissa, but it appears that talks are progressing positively.
